BOAT RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. Cancellation by Renter

Little Lady Boat Company (We) understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness to both renters and our business, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

  • More than 15 days before rental date: Full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
  • 14-7 days before rental date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before rental date: No refund. No rescheduling.

2. Weather-Related Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions (such as a hurricane, tropical storm or unsafe water conditions) make boating unsafe, we will reschedule your rental at no additional cost. The decision to cancel due to weather will be made by our team based on official weather reports. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Little Lady Boat Co.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your rental due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, staff availability, or extreme weather conditions). In such cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A reschedule to a future date at no additional cost.

4. No-Show or not available for check in

Failure to arrive at the scheduled rental time without prior agreed upon notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows or not available for check in are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Early Returns

Once a rental has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for early returns due to personal reasons. If the boat must be returned early due to mechanical issues or other factors beyond your control, a partial refund or reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
